Anacampsia blattariella (Hbner, 1796)

Wingspan: 16-19mm

A variable, univoltine species on the wing from May to September when it is an occasional visitor to light but can also be disturbed from birch trunks during the day. Recorded from the lights at Las Descargues and those situated in or near the birch woodland of the plateau.

The larva feeds in the rolled leaf of various Betula species.
