Gypsonoma aceriana (Duponchel, 1843)

Wingspan: 13-15mm

A univoltine species on the wing from May to July when it is an occasional visitor to the lights at Las Descargues. Also recorded from traps situated in the poplar plantations of Ladirat and from the birch woodland of the plateau.

Larvae feed on Populus nigra, Betula, Vaccinium, Erica.
