Wingspan: 17-24mm
A univoltine species on the wing from May to July. The illustrated specimen was taken at Peche Merle, Lot. A species favouring calcareous, rocky habitats, woodland margins and scrub.
Larvae spend one to two years in the root of Euphorbia spp.
