Isotrias rectifasciana (Haworth, 1811)

Wingspan: male: 14-16mm; female: 12-17mm

A bivoltine species of hedgerows, woodland rides and margins flying May to the end of June and again from August to October. Not recorded at light but has been taken from vegetation during the day.

Larvae feed on Crataegus, Quercus and Acer species.
