Phyllodesma tremulifolia (Hübner, 1810)

Wingspan: male 32-40mm female 40-45mm

A bivoltine species flying from April to June and again in July and August when it comes to light light and has been recorded from the ridge woodland at Las Descargues. A species of mixed broadleaved woodland.

Larvae feed on a variety of broadleaved trees, Quercus, Betula, Populus, Fraxinus, Prunus, Sorbus, Salix spp.
