Chrysoesthia drurella (Fabricius, 1775)

Wingspan: 8-9mm

A bivoltine species on the wing in early summer from early May to the end of June and again in August and September when it is a scarce visitor to the lights at Las Descargues. A species of roadside verges and unmanaged grassland where the foodplant grows.

Larvae feed in meandering mines on Chenopodium and Atriplex.
