Luquetia lobella ([Denis & Schiffermüller], 1775)

Wingspan: 16-22mm

A univoltine species on the wing from late-May to July. Occasionally taken at light but this is never a common species. It has been recorded from the Las Descargues garden traps only where some of the hedges contain its foodplant.

The larva feeds on Prunus spinosa. Overwinters as a pupa.
