Meganola togatulalis (Hübner, 1796)

La Nole togée

Wingspan: 16-24mm

Imago: bivoltine - May-June ; August-October. A species of warm, dry, open woodland, it has been recorded from traps at Las Descargues and the limestone pavement of the Causse. Second generation specimens are usually smaller than those produced early in the year. It is attracted to light.

Larva: feeds on lichen.
