Dysauxes ancilla (Linnaeus, 1767)

Wingspan: 28-34mm

Imago: univoltine - June-August. A species associated here with open woodland and woodland margins where abundant lichen growth is found. It is attracted to light and has been taken in the Las Descargues garden traps.

Larva: feed on lichen.
