Ypsolopha nemorella (Linnaeus, 1758)

Wingspan: 21-24mm

A univoltine species flying in July an August when it is attracted to light and has been recorded from Las Descargues and all wooded sites sampled.

Larvae feed on various trees and shrubs. Pupation takes place in a long, dark brown cocoon spun in leaf litter.
