Setina roscida (Denis & Schiffermüller, 1775)

Wingspan: male: 20-24mm female:14-28mm

Imago: A univoltine species flying from the end of April to August although the principal period of activity appears to be June and July. It is attracted to light but has only been recorded once in the area, in a garden trap at Las Descargues on 2 May 2009.

Larva: Feeds various lichen.
