Eupithecia venosata (Fabricius, 1787)

L'Eupithécie veinée

Wingspan: 21-24mm

Imago: A univoltine species flying from May to July when it is attracted to light and has been recorded from all the Las Descargues traps and all calcareous habitats.

Larva: Feeds on Silene, Lychnis etc. Overwinters as a pupa in the soil.
