Crassa tinctella (Hübner, 1796)

Wingspan: 14-16mm

Imago: Univoltine, May to the early day of July when it is attracted to light and has been recorded from Las Descargues where it is a frequent visitor to the lower traps. A possible woodland species.

Larva: Undescribed although it has been found on lichen on a dead willow Salix. Also bred from dead elm Ulmus.
