Pseudotelphusa paripunctella (Thunberg, 1794)

Wingspan: 11-14mm

A univoltine species on the wing from May to July when it occasionally visits the lights of Las Descargues and those situated in the broadleaved woodland of the gorge and ridge where oak is present.

The larva feeds on Quercus in this area but can also be found on Myrica gale in wetter habitats.
