Agapeta zoegana (Linnaeus, 1767)

Wingspan: 21-25mm

A univoltine species flying from June to August when it is a frequent visitor to light and has been taken from all trap sites bordering or in, rough grassland. The species is more common around Las Descargues than the Causse although it is taken at both.

Larvae feed on Centaurea panniculata, C. nigra, C. jacea and Scabiosa columbaria.
